This role requires a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks, supporting sales staff, and facilitating communication within the sales department and with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
- To coordinate the submission of proposals and sales contracts.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- To schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
- Order and manage office supplies and ensure all sales team resources are available as needed.
- To prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales outcomes and metrics.
- To monitor the team’s sales performance against targets and provide feedback.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials and sessions for sales staff.
- To handle customer issues and complaints with a professional demeanor, escalating to appropriate channels when needed.
- Assist with the processing of sales orders and invoices.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure that payments are collected and recorded accurately.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
