Job Summary

Paveway Africa on behalf of our client, is looking for a Female Sales Agent in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling telecommunications products and services to both individual consumers and businesses. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value propositions of our telecommunications solutions. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• To conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• To develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions in the industry.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features and benefits of our products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of individual clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
