Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Paveway Africa Limited, on behalf of our client, is looking for an intern to be a sales coordinator in the manufacturing industry. You will be crucial in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating efficient communication between various departments. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• To coordinate with production, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• To prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• To ensure that all documentation complies with industry regulations and company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• To collaborate with the marketing department to ensure promotional materials are up-to-date.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• To Prepare necessary materials and ensure logistical arrangements are in place.
• Work closely with the inventory and production teams to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Provide feedback to the sales team based on gathered market intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
